Giovanni has a classic French education with an associate’s degree from, ESC l'ecole Superieur du Commerce. After hours during his formal education, Giovanni spent every night and weekend in the kitchen with his father. It was during this time he learned to appreciate and cook traditional meals from Sicily, France, Spain, North Africa, and the Middle East. For almost as long as Giovanni can remember, he has loved to cook and create meals that are influenced by his background. After living in France, Italy, and Tunisia, Giovanni was pulled to the West Coast of America where fusion cooking grew roots. He has been cooking with talented chefs and refining his trade for the last 15 years. Giovanni is committed to raise awareness about how great food, simply prepared, using the freshest meats and vegetables available is the best for your body, mind, and soul. Giovanni’s long term goal is to create an organic, sustainable restaurant in a small beach side community with room for raising a family and riding horses.
